At KFL, cost effectiveness plays a big role in our business dealings. We are able to provide both full-time and temporary staff according to our client needs and budgets. To help with our client's cost-cutting measures, we are able to provide contractual staff for specific projects or daily-paid temporary staff.
Regular clients or clients who have made an agreement with KFL are eligible to request for staff one day before hand. Upon employment, our trained workers would be managed by the employer's human resource department. However, clients can require a change of worker should there be reasonable feedback. KFL will provide a replacement with one day's notice.
